Full Terms & Conditions

The promoter of this promotion is Capri Sun UK Ltd. Purley, Surrey, CR8 2B, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”).

The Prizes and Rewards for this promotion are provided by Jet2holidays Limited (04472486) (“ Jet2holidays ”), with its registered office at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford Airport, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS19 7TU.

1. This Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, Jet2holidays, their families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners), its agents and anyone professionally association with this Promotion.

2. Purchase is necessary. Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of purchase prior to entry, but within the Promotion Period, as this may be required for validation and in order for the winner to receive their Prize . Internet access, valid contact telephone number and a valid email address are required.

3. Please note that while we want to encourage you to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promotion we believe in responsible consumption of our products. DO NOT purchase more product than you can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this Promotion.

4. Promotion Period:  Enter between 00:01 BST on the 1 April 2026 and 23:59 BST on the 31 August 2026 inclusive, during one of the Entry Windows:

5. To Enter: Purchase a Promotional Pack and visit https://www.capri-sun.com/en-gb/campaigns/islandedition and complete the online form to provide your details (name, email address, contact telephone number) and the last 4 digits of the barcode on your Promotional Pack to be entered into the corresponding Monthly Prize Draw and to receive a Reward.

6. Maximum of 1 entry is permitted per person per day during the Promotion Period. One itemised receipt per entry receipt must state the time and date of purchase, which must pre-date the entry date and time, but be within the Promotion Period. No person may win more than 1 Prize or receive more than 1 Reward.

7. Promotional Packs: Only the following products featuring promotional artwork will qualify:

8. The Prizes: There will be 1 winner per Monthly Prize Draw, a total of 5 winners across the Promotion Period. Each winner will win 1 x all-inclusive 7-night Jet2holiday for up to 4 (2 adults, 2 children) to a choice of specified hotels from the list detailed in clause 10. Max child ages and travel date restrictions apply.

9. Reward:  Each entrant will receive 1 x £70 off Jet2 voucher code, valid for use on new bookings only made for a minimum 2 adults before 30 October 2026, and for departures before 31 October 2027.

10. Jet2holidays Prize Details and Conditions:

1. Each winner will win 1 x all-inclusive 7-night Jet2holiday, choosing one of the options below:  

1. Option 1:

1. A 7-night holiday for 2 adults (aged 18 years or above at time of travel) and 2 children (aged up to 14 years at date of return travel) in a magnus suite on an all-inclusive plus board basis at the Fergus Club Europa, Majorca. This prize includes return flights for up to 4 people from any UK Jet2.com base that flies to Palma, transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person.  
2. This prize must be booked by 31st October 2026 and travel to and from the destination must be completed between one of the following date bands (including all return travel):  20/04/2026 - 21/05/2026, 01/06/2026 - 17/07/2026, 27/07/2026 - 10/08/2026, 01/09/2026 - 22/10/2026, 19/04/2027 - 28/05/2027, 07/06/2027 – 09/072027, 26/07/2027 - 09/082027, or 04/09/2027 - 22/10/2027.

2. Option 2:

1. A 7-night holiday for 2 adults (aged 18 years or above at time of travel) and 2 children (aged up to 12 years at date of return travel) in a one-bedroom family suite on an all-inclusive plus board basis at the Gran Oasis Resort, Tenerife. This prize includes return flights for up to 4 people from any UK Jet2.com base that flies to TFS, transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person.  
2. This prize must be booked by 31st October 2026 and travel to and from the destination must be completed between one of the following date bands (including all return travel):  20/04/2026 - 21/05/2026, 01/06/2026 - 17/07/2026, 27/07/2026 - 10/08/2026, 01/09/2026 - 22/10/2026, 04/01/2027 - 09/02/2027, 22/02/2027 - 23/03/2027, 19/04/2027 - 28/05/2027, 07/06/2027 – 09/07/2027, 26/07/2027 - 09/082027, or 04/09/2027 - 22/10/2027.

3. Option 3:

1. A 7-night holiday for 2 adults (aged 18 years or above at time of travel) and 2 children (aged up to 11 years at date of return travel) in a family suite with garden view on an all-inclusive plus board basis at the White Olive Marine Aquapark, Kos. This prize includes return flights for up to 4 people from any UK Jet2.com base that flies to Kos, transfers to and from the overseas airport and the hotel AND 1 free item of checked baggage of up to 22kg per person.
2. This prize must be booked by 14th October 2026 and travel to and from the destination must be completed between one of the following date bands (including all return travel):  01/05/2026 - 21/05/2026, 01/06/2026 - 17/07/2026, 27/07/2026 - 10/08/2026, or 01/09/2026 – 22/10/2026.

2. The Prize will be arranged by email between Jet2holidays and the winner. The Promoter will share the winners’ details with Jet2holidays for the purpose of providing the Prize. Jet2holidays will make all reasonable efforts to provide the winner with details of the Prize at the earliest possible opportunity. Jet2holidays will have final discretion on all elements and aspects of how the Prize is organised. Once the Prize details including dates and locations activities are confirmed, these cannot be amended or altered by the winner.
3. Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board/transfer/accommodation supplements are included in the Prize.
4. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.  
5. Local tourist taxes are not included in the Prize and will be payable by the winners in resort. Jet2holidays will do their best to let you know the approximate amount of any tourist tax at the time of booking. 6. If a Prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited.  
7. The Prize is subject to these terms and conditions (“Prize Terms”) and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. The holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions, and these Prize Terms, these prize draw Terms & Conditions will take precedence.
8. Prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.
9. Jet2holidays reserves the right (but shall be under no obligation) to substitute the Prize or any element of the Prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent Prize value.
10. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice. Please note that flight schedules are not guaranteed.
11. The Prize and each element of the prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The Prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the Prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.
12. The Prize duration may not be extended, and no element of the Prize may be changed by the winner. Additional passengers outside the maximum amount permitted in the Prize details may not be booked onto the Prize booking.
13. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including any medical/health screening requirements or similar.
14. Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the Prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.  

11. Further Jet2holidays Reward Details and Conditions:

1. The unique voucher code will be provided on-screen and via email to all entrants.
2. The voucher code is valid on bookings with Free Child Places.
3. The voucher code must be added at the time of booking.  
4. The voucher code is only valid on new holidays booked between 00:01 on 1 April 2026 and 23:59 on 30 October 2026, with departure between 1 April 2026 and 31 October 2027.  
5. The voucher code is applied to the full balance of the holiday, not the deposit amount payable.  
6. Applicable to new bookings only.  
7. Only one voucher code per booking. Please note, this is a unique voucher code which may only be used once.  
8. Minimum 2 Adults.
9. Customer must be aged 18 years or over to place a booking.
10. Offer only available when booked online at www.jet2holidays.com, through the Jet2holidays app, through the Jet2holidays contact centre and through your travel agent.
11. Where applicable, the voucher code can be used in conjunction with any money off discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com or the Jet2holidays app (subject to the terms of that promotion). For clarity, other than this, the voucher code cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
12. Offer excludes group bookings.
13. If flight dates or passenger names are changed by the customer following the original booking, the voucher code will no longer apply, and the full balance shall be payable.
14. Prices shown on Jet2holidays websites and in Jet2holidays’ advertising are subject to change without prior notice and are only guaranteed when your booking is confirmed.
15. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or remove this promotion at any time prior to customer booking.

17. Only one voucher code per person per email/mobile number.  

12. Winner Selection: 1 provisional winner per Monthly Prize Draw will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during that Monthly Prize Draw. 5 provisional Monthly Prize Draw winners will be selected in total (all “provisional winners”). Each Monthly Prize Draw will be conducted within 3 working days of the end of the relevant Entry Window.

13. Winner Notification: Provisional  winners will be contacted via the email address provided upon entry within 3 working days of the relevant monthly Winner Selection and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the provisional winners. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the provisional winner will be confirmed as a winner. If a provisional winner does not respond to the initial contact within 14 days, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and award the Prize to a reserve selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.

14. Prize Acceptance:  Fulfilment of a Prize will take place within 28 days of acceptance of the Prize. In the unlikely event that a winner has not received communication to arrange their Prize within this timeframe, the winner must inform the Promoter by emailing enquiry@caprisunislandedition.co.uk  within a further 28 days. If a winner does not do so, the Promoter reserves the right to not reissue the Prize at its sole discretion.

15. Provided no objection is received from the winners, a winners list containing the surname and county of residence of the winners will be made available by the Promoter 4 weeks after the close of the Promotion Period, for a period of 8 weeks. It will be available at https://www.capri-sun.com/en-gb/campaigns/islandedition. Winners can object to their details being published during the Winner Notification process. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority when requested by them.

16. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the Promotion. Participation is at the winner’s discretion and is not a condition of Prize Acceptance.

17. The Promoter seeks to run a fair and secure promotion and prevent abuse and cheating. If you enter in a way that is not consistent with these Terms & Conditions, your entry (and any of your associated aliases) will be disqualified. Any Prize awarded may be void and recoverable, and the Promoter reserves the right to bar you from entering future promotions for a period of at least six months. For this reason, the Promoter reserves the right at any point to:

1. Verify the eligibility of entrants and/or provisional winners/recipients through multiple means by requesting such information it consider reasonably necessary for this purpose. Entry or a Prize/Reward may be withheld until verification is completed.
2. Disqualify entries that are not made directly by the individual entering the Promotion.
3. Disqualify entries made using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.
4. Disqualify bulk entries from individuals, trade, consumer groups or third parties, incomplete entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means.
5. Disqualify entries beyond the maximum allowed, or those using techniques such as ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking identity by manipulating IP addresses, using aliases or identities other than their own or any other means.
6. Disqualify entrants who tamper with the entry process.
7. Disqualify entries which, in some other way, do not meet the requirements of these Terms & Conditions.
8. Cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion should it not be capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

18. The Prize and/or Reward are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason the Prize and/or Reward (or any element of the Prize/Reward) is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute that Prize and/or Reward (or element of the Prize/Reward) for another of equal or greater value.

19. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to https://www.capri-sun.com/en-gb/campaigns/islandedition.

20. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion (JS16085) or accepting or using the/a Prize(s)/Reward(s), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  Nothing will exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

21. The Promoter will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations for reasons beyond its reasonable control arising from any cancellations or delays by Jet2holidays or any other Prize provider, Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances.

22. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be used by the Promoter and/or its appointed agents solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion and for related research and analytical purposes. All personal data will be handled by the Promoter in accordance with its privacy policy, available at: https://www.capri-sun.com/en-gb/company/privacy-policy/. Personal data will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes unless the entrant has provided their explicit consent.

23. When entering the prize draw, entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be shared with and retained by Jet2holidays for the purposes of marketing (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays). In such cases, Jet2holidays will act as an independent data controller and will process the entrant’s personal data in accordance with its privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy http://www.jet2.com/privacy ).

24. If any part/s of these Terms & Conditions are legally ruled to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remainder will not be affected and will continue in full force and effect.

25. By entering, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

26. If there is a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and those in any promotional material, these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

27. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their own jurisdiction.
